Rational design and synthesis of functional 0D and 1D nanomaterials: B₄C, B₄C/ SiO_x, AlBO, SiC/SiO₂, VO_x, Fe₃O₄, Pd, Au-Pd, Ag;
Nanoelectrical, nanomechanical, photoluminescence, field emission and surface-enhanced Raman spectrum (SERS) property investigation of 0D and 1D nanomaterials;
Nanodevices and physics of 0D and 1D nanomaterials;
Energy storage applications of 0D and 1D nanomaterials.
