NSF Graduate Fellowship Awards for Fiscal Year 2002

 

 

National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowships offer recognition and three years of support for advanced study to approximately 900 outstanding graduate students in the mathematical, physical, biological, engineering, and behavioral and social sciences, including the history of science and the philosophy of science, and to research-based PhD degrees in science education.

 

We are pleased to announce that 2 of the 4 USC students that received NSF Graduate Research Fellowships for 2002 were GK-12 Fellows in 2001.    These are exceptionally talented students:

SAE Doctoral Scholars Awards for Fiscal Year 2002

 

 

The Society of Automotive Engineers Doctoral Scholars Program provides funding to assist and encourage promising engineering graduate students to pursue careers in teaching at the college level. The program is designed to help alleviate the increasing shortage of engineering college faculty by attracting qualified citizens of North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico) who are interested in pursuing teaching careers, through the promise of financial assistance during their doctoral study program.

 

We are pleased to announce that a GK-12 Fellow from the 2001-2002 cohort has been awarded an SAE Doctoral Scholarship.  This exceptionally talented student is:
