Distance education — The APOGEE program

APOGEE is a graduate distance educational program. Students in the program view their classes via streaming video provided through the University Instructional Service’s server. At the start of each semester, a password for each course is generated and distributed to the faculty. Faculty members pass on the password to all assigned students.

Applying for admission

APOGEE students will follow the same procedures as the on-campus graduate applicants. Access the online application from the Graduate School Web site. Complete and submit the application online. The application deadlines are listed for each term on the Web site. Please indicate "APOGEE" on the application where it asks where you will attend classes. APOGEE students do not have to submit proof of immunization. Detailed admission requirements can be found here. A checklist is also available to assist students complete the application process.
