Design and implement experimental procedures to characterize static and dynamic mechanical engineering systems.

Course Objective

  1. Experimentally investigate mechanical engineering systems involving energy, mechanics, and materials.
  2. Familiarize with data analysis generated from different data acquisition systems.
  3. Identify and include safety and environmental issues in experimental design.
  4. Demonstrate both independent and team work.
  5. Exercise effective scientific presentations.
  6. Write technical reports, executive summaries, and memos.
